Director of US Marine Corps Ground Strategy
Mr. Kondaki is a retired U.S. Marine and combat veteran with over 27-years of military and U.S. Department of Defense experience. Enlisting in the Marine Corps in 1980 he earned the title of combat intelligence Staff NCO. Following active duty, he was employed in the Weapons and Technology Division of Marine Corps Intelligence Activity (MCIA) as the sole Subject Matter Expert for foreign Armor/Anti-Armor, for the United States Marine Corps. He conducted broad research and provided for significant survivability initiatives within the entire U.S. Department of Defense (DoD). As a Marine his actions affected infantry weapons systems and tactical vehicle operations against current and future threats.
Mr. Kondaki is a Middle East analyst (Levant-specific), having served three years with the Current Intelligence Estimates Branch (CIE), Headquarters U.S. Marine Corps. He is trained as a specialist in Middle Eastern Low-Intensity Conflicts.
Mr. Kondaki has been published in Defense and Foreign Affairs, Strategic Policy magazine and The United States Marine Corps Gazette. He has contributed expertise and material for the U.S. Army-commissioned Rand Corporation Study regarding Heavy Armor operations in counterinsurgency operations (COIN).
COL(R) Jon W Campbell
Director of Army Programs
COL Jon Campbell, US Army (Retired), commissioned as a Distinguished Military Graduate from The Citadel in 1984; Jon chose Infantry as his branch of choice. His assignments included mechanized, airborne and special operations position. He has served multiple tours in combat from Panama to Afghanistan. Upon selection into the Army Acquisition Corps Jon earned a Master’s in Business Administration from Clemson University. Jon has served as a contracting officer, Chief of a Contracting Office and a Product Manager within the Army’s Acquisition Corp. Culminating his career as a Colonel sent him to The Army Capabilities Integration Center as the Chief of Accelerated Capabilities where he focused on understanding current and future Army requirements then transitioning promising capabilities into the Army while accelerating capabilities to the Warfighter in combat. He completed his career with almost 27 years of service as both an Infantry and Acquisition Officer in regular, airborne and Special Operation Units. He is level III Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act qualified in both contracting and program management. Since retirement, Jon sits on multiple Boards and serves as President and CEO of a consulting firm that specializes in International Business Development. He is seen as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in both rapid acquisition and Joint Capabilities Integration Development System (JCIDS) from the US Government side. Since retirement he has assisted many private companies in both opportunity capture and understanding the DoD Acquisition Process from requirements to contract.

Executive Director
Cindy comes to Corps Defense with 20 plus years experience in corporate management and business development. She has extensive training in customer relations and customer service. During her years in the public and private sector, she provided administrative, organizational, and management support.
WADE HALL
President and CEO
Wade Hall is a retired US Marine.
A graduate of East Tennessee State University, he was commissioned a Second Lieutenant in the United States Marine Corps. He completed Marine Corps Officer Training followed by Naval Aviator flight training.
Wade commanded at the squadron and regimental levels, served as the operations officer for the Marine Corps largest Marine Air Group, and the Navy’s largest advanced jet training squadron. He conducted aircraft carrier operations aboard the USS Nimitz and USS Kennedy. His tours took him worldwide from Australia to Norway, the Middle East to the Far East.
Wade served a joint tour with the Office of the Secretary of Defense, working for the Deputy Secretary in the Office of Force Transformation with the late Admiral Arthur Cebrowski.
He also served at Headquarters Marine Corps – Aviation Office as the director all Marine Corps Aviation platform weapons systems.
Wade participated in four (4) combat operations from Desert Storm, Allied Force, and Iraq Freedom. He has over 3900 flight hours in six different type aircraft, with 2000 in the EA-6B Prowler and 330 hours in combat.
Wade is a graduate of the Joint Forces Staff College and Marine Corps War College. He holds a Bachelors Degree in History and Political Science and a Masters Degree in Strategic Studies
